The Cannabis Closet - Are you in or out?

cannabis closet

The Cannabis Closet by Andrew Sullivan is a collection of first hand accounts from the marijuana mainstream in the United States. People young and old, from students to professionals, from entrepreneurs to doctors, from recreational users to those using it to help with medical conditions, we are everywhere. In sharing these personal stories and ultimately coming out of the "cannabis closet" we are not only able to erase the typical "stoner" stereotype, but it allows us to to change the way society perceives such a harmless and rather beneficial plant that can be used for a variety of medical conditions from autism, to epilepsy, cancer and much more. Why is something so beneficial for these patients being suppressed by continued efforts of prohibition? As indulgers in marijuana, whether for medical or recreational purposes, we can continue to push back by sharing our positive stories and helping to convert prohibitionists into partial believers and even activists. In doing so we can get medical marijuana into the hands of those who need it most and allow them to feel comfortable using it without fear of legal action being taken against them.

If you are reading this blog there is a very good chance that you are an indulger yourself and we would like to hear your story to help continue sharing the truth about marijuana. Whether you use marijuana for medical or recreational purposes, all of our first hand stories can keep the wheels spinning towards a day when at the very least medical marijuana is accepted nationwide. Feel free to submit your story anonymously or openly to greenomixclothing@gmail.com and we will be sharing them on our website/blog!
